I have a 2004 mercury 40 2 stroke. Giving me some problems. When u take off it runs great after a few mins is just loses all power it won’t die but barely runs. After a few seconds (30) or so it takes off again then it loses all power again. It gets more frequent the more it runs. I’ve changed the tank, fuel lines, filter. Took it to Mechinac had carbs cleaned and worked on it. Still doing same thing. I open for any helpful ideas?
