2004 Mercury 90hp No Spark

2004 Mercury 90hp 3 cylinder has no spark. My first problem I replaced the flywheel because magnets were broken off. So after searching I found out that I had the wrong flywheel on there in the first place from previous owner. Found the right one replaced it. Still no spark. While waiting for parts checked the stator it was bad replaced that. Still no spark. I unplugged wiring harness and jumped started still no spark! I ordered new rectifier comes in the mail soon. Still would like some input. Thank you all in advance for your comments!!!!!
