I have low water pressure on my 05 225 opti, 1lbs at idle. I have had the impellar replaced but that didn't help, has anyone changed there poppit valve and spring.

There's a rubber grommet seat sortathing under the poppit that can get cockeyed in it's mount and hold it open. Poppit is easy to work on. Have a couple of the gaskets handy.
Water pump is very sensitive to a warped housing, bad baseplate gasket, bad baseplate, and plugged pickup passages, all of which require more than a quick impeller change. Likely that's where your problem is.
