hello ,my outboard seized,damage to big end bearing and cylinder scored and seems to be coated with alluminium,i think from the piston .my question is can i rebore this block and fit an oversize piston to this model.the block seems to be a single piece,should the head come off because i cant see any sign of a gasket or join between the block and the heads of the cylinder.the serial number on the block is OP359985.i do not have a workshop manual for this model but i have worked on an older one and the head and block were separate items.thanks for any help. ps i live on an island in the atlantic with no merc dealer.
