2005 Triton FS 18

I recently bought a Triton FS 18 and I just went to put her in the water. The drain plug was attached to steering wheel. I went in back to put plug in but i couldn't find the hole to put the plug in. I've looked everywhere.

Was there any water in the boat when you pulled it out?
