2006 175 Optimax Questions

I had bought this motor and noticed something hanging and i can not figure out what it is nor a place for it.

Also when i trim the motor down it sounds wierd not normal, it works fine but it just sounds odd going down going up its sounds normal.

If I remember right it the water pressure sensor for "smartcraft" guage

Faztbullet is right, that is for the water pressure sensor. I have two optimax's a 75 and a 225. both of them make a bit of a different noise when you are lowering them than when raising.
