Hi. I read the sticky on lower unit install. I've done something wrong.
I set out to replace the seals in the lower unit because of leaking. It has turned into a transmission problem. I have the unit all back together but the helm control is shifting backwards. Forward on the stick is propeller running in reverse. Reverse on the stick is propeller running forward.
What would cause this condition? Do I have the shifter cam (part number 76039 4) installed upside down?
