My system check gauge is part of the tachometer. While test riding the boat at moderate to high speeds and rpm, all of the red lights lit up and would beep for about 1 second and then would go back to normal. This happened about 8 out of ten times of me changing engine speed/rpm. At slow/no wake speed nothing beeped or blinked. The motor was pumping water fine and it ran and idled perfectly. This was the first time I drove the boat since the engine wiring harness and EMM was replaced. Any suggestions?

You have a loose connection in the harness connections..Did this happen before the wiring harness was replaced...

I bought the boat and motor knowing it didn't run. It would blow the main fuse instantly when attempting to start it. The dealer/mechanic I took it to said it needed a new computer and a new engine compartment wiring harness. It wasn't a cheap fix. He said when he test drove it in the water that no beeps or indicator lights came on. I brought it back to the same mechanic to "fix" or disconnect the problem today .
