replaced long block after manifold failure. engine now will only reach 4200 rpm. runs smooth just will not reach the 5000 range that it did when it was new. fuel and filter are good. it reaches 4200 at about 2/3 throttle position. when pushing throttleto full no more gain is achieved. heads have been checked and valves adjusted. any suggestions at what to do next
