2007 Chaparral 256 ssx with 8.1 gxi bogs on acceleration

Unfortunately I don’t have all the information, serial numbers etc.. I’m looking to purchase this boat and according to owner it starts and idles fine. As soon as it is put into gear, it bogs down and won’t accelerate.. Owner has just replaced anti siphon valve and hi/low pressure fuel pump assembly with new water fuel seperator… He also inspected screen on bottom of pickup tube and tube itself for possible cracks.. Any ideas??

Any codes read from the ECM?
What is fuel pressure at the rail, idle and acceleration?

How many hours, what is maintenance history and is the motor/engine compartment clean (you can eat off of it) or is it a greasy, sooty, nasty mess?
