2007 four winns h200 prop recommendations

I have a four winns h200 with a volvo 5.0 gxi 270 hp fi. and sxa stern drive.
My prop is a 14.25x21 pitch. Boat pulls well out of the hole even when pulling a tube with 3 people. My question is when at wot with 5 people in the boat the rpm will not go higher than 4200ish at 46-48 mph on gauge. would a 19p prop give me a higher top end and bring me closer to max rpm.
Max rpm for engine is 5000.
14.25x21 aluminum prop.
would like to purchase a stainless one but don't want to waste my money on something that wont work for me.

Yes a same brand,same model 19 would add about 400 rpm. It wouls take some figuring to know if speed would go up as well.Your losing 2 inches per revolution but adding ABOUT 400 rpm.More pencil work than I'm up to.
I think the key question is what is the rpm with one aboard. Also do you typically run with 5 aboard.
