Re: 2007 Lincoln Navigator for Towing?
Yes it most likely does but I have yet to come across a Ford that has adequate transmission cooling for towing heavier loads. Towing package or not. My next door neighbor has an F150 with the "towing package" he tows a 27ft travel trailer. He is also on his 3rd transmission. This one now has an additional tranny cooler in the system and so far has more miles on it than the other 2 transmissions added together.
Just my opinion though. I am not a transmission expert, I just say what I see and have seen.
Our Expedition has a seperate cooler mounted in front of the radiator, from the factory. My F150 has one as well. This was part of the tow package. Only mentioned as the Lincoln may already be similarly set up.
