2007 Mercury 90hp losing fuel pressure

I recently bought a 2007 Bass Tracker with a 90hp Mercury motor. Note: This boat had set for 3-4 years in a storage area.
Once I took it to a shop the technician went completely through the engine. He said it was good to go, but once I got on the lake the boat ran good for about 15 minutes then started acting like it was starving for fuel. Took it back to him like 4 times now. Figured out the fuel line in the module was completely gone. Fixed that issue then took it back out and then i got it plained out and ran for about 200 more yards and started loosing power. Took it back to the shop to find out it runs good for about 4 minutes then looses fuel pressure bad. My question is, what causes me to loose fuel pressure?

Put my fuel module in another Mercury boat motor and it runs good.

Welcome aboard.

Since the boat sat idle 3 or 4 years, the fuel tank is a good place to start. Gunk in the tank may be blocking the pick-up or the anti-siphon valve may be bad.

Today we changed some fuel lines going from tank to fuel module. I remember once we pulled the lines off the first time there was clear plastic linings filling the lines but we cleaned those out. Like I said just from tank to fuel module tho. Do you think it would be a good idea to hook a separate tank to it and see if it works correctly.

Yes. Another tank hooked up to the hose from the tank connection will tell you where the fuel draw problem is.
