2008 Caravelle Interceptor Won't Start after Winterized

I paid the dealer $300+ to winterize and change oils and grease and filters. I waxed it yesterday and tried to start it and the starter will crank and crank and crank but will not fire. I called the dealership today and he told me i shouldn't have tried to start it because they need to SUMMERIZE it. My question is what will they do that i can't do to summerize it and when i got it winterized last season by a different dealer did the boat just start right up after being winterized? They said it is a free service to summerize it but they are an hour and half away so if it is something small then i would like to just do it myself. Thanks for any help/information that you can provide.

Ayuh,... Without knowing what They did, it's hard to say...
