Had a warm day here in nc so I took it off the lift and went down to the marina. It ran great I shut it off pumped 15 gallons of gas but when I went to start it back up it cranks but won't start. Checked for fouled plugs the plugs looked clean and dry just replaced last summer. Also checked both coils for spark which they had. Pulled the belt cover and hooked a pressure gauge up to the fuel pump, has no pressure took the fuel hose off just after the in line filter and cranked the motor and got steady fuel. I also verified the pump received power in crank mode which it does. How does the fuel pump assembly come apart my thought was maybe there's a pickup sock that's clogged and starving the pump? Do I have to remove the intake manifold to get the pump apart? I am an automotive mechanic with very minimal outboard expierience so any advice would be appreciated
