He y’all. Have an 09 Bayliner with the 3.0L Mercruiser - it has the TKS carb. Fires up amd runs for a bit then stalls. I took the carb apart, stripped it (except for the little “T”, spring and ball and the accelerator pump looked fine), soaked it, replaced all the needed parts in my kit and put her back on. She fired right up and ran for almost a minute ! Then, stalled and had to juice her hard to get her to fire again… bogged down and mostly unhappy that ended with a puff of smoke coming out the flame arrester 
… could it be that the enrichment valve is shot ? Or before unloading $400 on that, is there something else that would stop this thing from purring like a kitten 
? She just won’t idle. Thx in advance.
