Can someone tell me what the water seal tube does. It a tube that is about 3 or 4 inches long and it sits on top of the water pump housing. It looks like it pvc with rubber on the inside. I was changing the water pump and saw the rubber on the sides of the tube was peeling. And may have been blocking something that it does. (Maybe water restriction dont.know) I wanted to glue it back together. Is this tube important.
