REPLACED TACH WITH NEW ONE.SETTINGS THE SAME AS OLD ONE. CHARGING SYSTEM RECHARGING BATTERY AT 14 VOLTS, WHAT AM I OVER LOOKING.

Bas , you could still have a bad regulator/rectifier....only putting out half power, bad side of it driving the tachometer...
