2004 200hp mer want power up an plain off. I have replaced fuel,sparkpluges,primer bub,fuel lines, low prussure fuel pump,fuel filter,cleand and tested high pressure pump its at 37lb,cleand and tested injectors. Did a cold eng compression check show 97 lb all cil. Still blogs willnot take off. Only three times while checking it in water after doing work on it,it did power up and run for a short time.
