2010 115hp 4 stroke won’t turn over

Took my bout out of storage, charged the battery, put the key in and nothing ! Thought it was the starter so changed the starter still nothing ! Have power to all accessories and kill switch clip is in place
anybody have any ideas ?

Remove/clean/polish/grease all battery/starter connections....check your main fuse in case battery may have been hooked up backwards.....

Cleaned all the terminals with sandpaper and scotch right ..... didn’t check main fuse

Bypassed the neutral safety switch still nothing ?

Here is what I have done so far
Took the boat out the other day
( hurricane deck boat with Yamaha 115hp outboard)
Charged the battery 12.3 volts
Turn the key nothing

1) 12.3 volts at battery
2) 12.2 at the starter ( replaced the starter/ solenoid with brand new one
3) Went from battery positive to ground on motor 12.3
4) check ground, negative from the battery to ground on the motor ohms and was fine !
5) Bypassed the lanyard switch
6) load tested the battery and was fine
Still nothing.....double WTF ? ?
I have a idea but looking for other input ?

do you have 12 v to key switch?
do you have 12 V leaving the key switch to neutral safty switch when turned to start?
is the 12 v leaving the NS switch going to the start relay?
Is there 12 getting to the start relay?
