What is the Best prop for this heavy boat with a full tank of fuel and 6 people ??

Run it through the Mercury prop selector online. The lowest pitch possible without over revving, tune the motor up, install trim tabs and say a prayer. It's very under powered for that situation.

Which ever prop gets you to 5000 RPM

with 6 people, you are probably in the 13p-15p range. you will need to test.

your boat is over 6000 wet, not including people. so you are at 7k+ if you have change in the pockets

my old searay had the same motor, and only weighted 3000 dry, about 3600 wet, with 4 people I was running a 19p. I thought my boat was underpowered.

what prop is current on it and what rpm is it getting at WOT? Best is relative to what you want to do with the boat. As Scott laid out thats a big boat for that engine so pitch will be low
