I have 2010 mercruiser that has one solid beep every minute. Otherwise runs perfect and the lube bottle is full. The beep is the same if you unhook the lube bottle. Is the sensor bad and is there a way to test it? or could it possibly be something else. It looks like according to the manual the lube bottle is the only one beep sensor, but it is hard to find a manual that covers 2010 motors online. Any help would be appreciated. It is under warranty, but I would rather it not sit at the dealer for a week or two over a lube bottle or something simple.

Hi there, Quick question, when you disconnected the lube bottle wires, did you disconnected one wire or both? May sound funny but there is a reason I ask from past experience. Retry with both disconnected.

If that don't do it, then yes it's going to be a different sensor and using a Marine diagnostic scan tool will be the best way of finding it without guessing as it could be a number of things. And as time goes on the warning beep numbers change often making it even more difficult to pinpoint what it could actually be and the service manuals don't seem to keep up with the changes.
