I'm looking for guidance or suggestions to fix or replace the depth finder on my 2010 SeaRay SD 200. It's got the 5.0L MPI Alpha 260 power train, and electronic gauge display (in a cluster of 3 analog gauges).

The past year the depth finder display is the only measurement that simply blinks when the boat is running. The other displays and warnings shown in the tach LCD window all appear to display correctly.

Anyone else encountered this, and is there a suggested sequence of steps to troubleshoot and repair/replace?

the round depth gauge is not part of the merc gauges, however offered by searay.

have you looked in the SeaRay manuals (one of very very few boats with a manual)

I have, it's a SmartCraft instrument package with a number of indicators and warnings combined with the depth display in an LCD panel on the tachometer. None of the manuals (both hardbound and on disc) that came with the boat (I bought in 2019 and came with what looks to be the original manuals) seem to explain or list out the displays, or how to troubleshoot.
