Re: 2011 optimax 125 water pressure hose
Does your boat use smartcraft gauges? If so, does the digital speedometer work? Or do you have an conventional (analog) speedometer that works?
Also, if you do have the smartcraft gauge, then it's possible you may already have a digital water pressure readout on the smartcraft gauge.
The sensor should convert the water pressure it sees into a digital readout on the smartcraft gauge whether it be for a speedometer or water pressure gauge readout that can be used with the smartcraft system.
Now that gray coiled up hose would be for a water pressure gauge that should originally be set up for a digital gauge. There is a kit you could buy to set the gray hose up for analog water pressure gauge. (Quicksilver hose assembly # 32-892156A01, contains the necessary tubing, tee fitting and instruction sheet to allow the use of a 15 PSI Analog Water Pressure Gauge with the otherwise digital 1.5L OptiMax outboard.),

Tip for you if interested, if you'd like to learn a little more about an item your interested in with quality photos most of the time, try inputting just about "any" part numbers you ever come across in life into the ebay search engine like I did above. Usually you can find some info with quality photos to see what your inquiring about. Here are a few items you may need to inquire about for this project,
