Hi
I have a 2013 Pro XS, Blew compressor and I have a new one on the bench for install. I realize you should have the pump primed after install by a mercury computer and if you don't have a merc man available you can do it with the alternative method of ignition key and throttle. My question is should I also prime the compressor pump to, it would be so easy to pump opti oil into the top bearing carrier before I fire it up. Second Question: Does anybody sell oil lines in bulk 38.00. I have ordered line from Mercury and each time I received it the size was wrong and the inner diameter was half of what it should be 8M0056402. I'm super far from being a dumbass boat owner, I just don't want to do something that I think makes sense and blow up my motor. I cant afford a 300R at 35,000.00 dollars
