Come on guys. No new posts since August?
Who's going where this year?
Only 12-weeks before my opening day (Dale Hollow, TN.) in search of a 6-lb smallmouth. This years goal is to make it into the BASSMASTERS "Lunker Club"
Last year brought me (2) 4-pounders and a 4-1/2 but my brother-in-law trumped me with a 4-lb 14-oz. bronzeback.
Those new digital scales make it difficult to stretch the truth.

Apologies Don S (moderator). Just trying to get the other Lowe boat junkies active again.
F.Y.I. pictures are taken in my Lowe boat.

HEY, we're here! hahaha... that makes 2 of us anyways. Just got a 2012 Lowe FM165 for my 40th B-day in November. 7 hour trip from the dealer to bring it home in beautiful sunshine. Next week got rain & snow, so never got it out on the water. I'm counting down the weeks until go time. Lots to learn being a newbie boat owner, but can't wait. Will be spending lots of time on Lake St Clair chasing Muskie this summer. What model Lowe do you have. Any photos? Here's mine on the dealer lot before it came home...

I have a 2010 model exactly the same. It is like looking in the mirror. I love the boat. I should be very happy with it.
I have had no issues accept the rear plastic floor drain/vent. I'm on my 3rd one. I wish I could find a metal replacement.
I'm here too gentlemen. Bring on spring !!

Cheers
Robert.

TWINS! Nice boat Robert. Sure wish I had that 3rd seat... who knows what the dealer is going to soak me for on that.
Was the plastic vent just cracking from stepping on it?
I've got some rigging to do as soon as the snow melts. Mounting an onboard charger with power port, installing an hour meter, and picked a used chartplotter for $100 so that's going on as well. Do either of you guys have a photo of your onboard charger mount? I'm still trying to figure out where to put it.

Hey Chris.
This is how I mounted mine. Used stainless steel machine bolts with lock nuts and little black caps to cover the heads up.I also mounted my Scotty's rod holders.

Chris I think the seats are $250-300.00. My vent was just cracking from stepping on it. I wish I could find something heavy duty. I might have to get someone to make me one. Where did you find the hour meter? does it match your other gauges? Do you have a pic of it?
Do you exactly how to install the hour meter? Do we wire it to the key in the ON position?

Rob.
