2013 Yamaha 6 HP idle

Other than putting new gas in it. Any other quick things to check?

I'm assuming it doesn't idle, or at least not well. 99% of the time the low speed circuit in the carb is dirty, so it needs cleaning.

sorry about that yes it doesn't idle once off power just dies. Can that be done with out removing the carb? I'm not much of a carb guy.

You need to pull the carb apart and clean it thoroughly, it isn't hard to do.

Maybe I will try it. It hate working on carbs

I had a mechanic friend of mine clean the carb (Did I mention I don't like working on them? ,lol) the carb was fairly clean so he wasn't sure that was the issue. When he put it back on it still didn't run quite right so he blow out the gas line and found a little piece of debris. Runs like a champ now.
