I have a 2015 Mercury 9.9 four stroke. It starts on the first pull but won’t stay running for more than a few minutes, unless I use the throttle only and give it a lot of gas, then I can take it out and turn it off and start it back up with no problems. But if the motor cuts off before I do the throttle only, it will not start up again for a long time. I don’t know what the issue is.
