If anyone wants to nominate any other builds, better make it soon.

Rob will also need to get a confirmation back from the owner acknowledging the nomintation

Thanks 64

Jerry has been on iboats since the last post in his rebuild but didnt update the busted pix/video link or update the topic to show pix either.

Andy hasnt been on in awhile either and although deemingly done, he needed motor work to splash.

I will nominate budski for both his builds. He and his son do some fantastic work in an amazingly short amount of time. All their restos are impressive.

budksi 1 http://forums.iboats.com/forum/boat-...2-stroke/page2

budski 2 http://forums.iboats.com/forum/boat-...rman-170/page6

The budski 2 link that osby posted was splashed in 2014. As far as I can tell these are the only ones budski did other than hes sea nymph resto.

I will also nominate joedapilot http://forums.iboats.com/forum/boat...84073-joe-s-1970-starcraft-sprint-restoration

Rob, let one of us know if you dont get a PM reply by Mon am from anybody recently nominated. We'll need to send them an email in the hopes they reply before you put up the voting poll.

I'm thinking the witching hour is here for nominations, there hasn't been any word back from Joedapilot to my PM. With all the snow and things going on here I guess I forgot to not let you forget to email him. Sorry.

So I have the poll thread ready to go...

Even if Joe responds the field seems light this year. I wish more people would keep in touch. To both offer advice to new people, and to give updates on how their boats have done after restoration.

Last year we had to chase a few members down, but it was a pretty busy building and completion season all year long. The primary and general election was over the top.

Amen to all that, maybe it's just me but it doesn't seem like there's as much interest as years past...

I think that the problem is last year was such a spectacular year with so many great boats done, it is just making this year seem a little slow:noidea:
