2020 Tracker pro-v 175 combo jump seats

Can I drill out the rivets on the piano hinges holding the 2 jump seat platforms in place? I'd like to remove both benches that fold down and up. Thanks for any advice! My first time posting....

are these the seats that disappear when you fold the deck down and gain a large fishing platform in the back?

It is a real pain in the rear to put them back I just bought a boat that the owner did that on. I was hours trying to get the remaining parts of the rivet's out so I could put new ones in.
