I hope some more young guys like myself come along with boat projects. I enjoy having the project nearly as much as I do being on the water.

It's invaluable having old timers around though, experience usually trumps pi** and vinegar.

The boat restore, (always still in progress), was one of my favorite projects to date. The satisfaction of completing a project like this is something most folks will never experience.

The satisfaction is undeniable and when I was out on the lake I had a smile ear to ear!
I so can't wait till this summer!

Chuck is right. When they ask where I found such a nice boat. I say I did it. the look on their face is priceless

I really felt bad for Nobody and almost gave Nobody a sympathy vote, but 88capri did such a super job, I just had to cast my vote that way, no matter how sorry I felt for Nobody!

Thank you Camel, we have similar boats so when you’re able to continue on yours please don't hesitate to message me if needed. I'll help anyway I can and if I don't know I'll certainly admit it .
I still have a few things that need to be addressed before her next outing but there are also some fun things like carpet and polishing!
