Engine will start if I put gas in carb, but as soon as it runs out it dies. I took off carb and cleaned it and put fresh gas it and still doesn't start. Could it be gas line from tank? When I pump the ball it doesn't get hard anymore

If you're able, remove the fuel line connector that hooks to the motor and then or that end of the hose into a container of some kind. Pump the primer bulb. Does gas come out? If it does, remove the line completely from the fuel tank/cell, and with the end that connects to the motor in the original container that you pumped gas into previously (make sure there is enough fuel in that container), try putting the end that connected to the fuel tank into another container and pump the bulb again. Does gas come out? If so, your bulb is bad.

Also, it's a cheap fix, but also try replacing your fuel line. Fuel hose is double walled and I've seen the inner lining/wall come loose and actually close off the fuel line entirely.

Check the carb base gasket and make sure it is on correctly. If it is backwards it covers the pulse port for the pump. If that is good do a proper rebuild on the carb. Buy the kit that has the fuel pump and primer assembly.
