The 1991 20hp Johnson on my 11'Super Sport set for about 5 months, I started the motor on the hose, ran fine, put it in the water and ran it to the dock, about a 20 minute run, ran fine. Today it will only run at just over idle unless I pump the ball on the fuel line, and even then it won't run very fast. The bulb is soft and won't stay pumped up hard.....so my guess is that the bulb is bad (about 2 years old) or a problem with the fuel line, although it looks great. The tank is about a year old, and the fuel is about a month old and has some sta-bil & a little seafoam in it....any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
