What would you pay for a 22 foot SS with a 150 Merc in excellent condition. I found one on Craigs list, but don't know much about the 22's

I paid $4.000 for a 22 Holiday three years ago and have never regreted it I use it every where. Pacific Ocean ,Columbia River, and our local Skagit River. Small and large lakes. Love the space. I am rebuilding a 16 SS and will have it ready for the river this fall . Sometimes its a bit-- launching and retrieving the 22 in fast water. And there is always some kind hearted soul who wants to help you. LOL You can't go wrong for a GOOD boat with that big motor . You (know) what these things sell for new!. good luck.

Pugetsound, Thanks, I missed it by a day, sold for $2400.00, How far are you from Oak Harbour? There is what looks like a noce 18 SS there with a 115 Johnyrude for $2200.00

I live only 20 miles away I go thru Oak Harbor to launch at Ft Casey boat launch when I fish the Sound.

Glen The boat looks very clean and well cared for. Apears by photo to have been covered or stored. Big Motor, I have ran several that age and size with good results. Electonnics and a top . All in all for this area a VERY good buy. The main posting on C>L says $2,000 But the photo still says $2,200 probable could get it for less. I could store it for you here if you want to buy it. I promise I would not borrow any parts for my 16 rebuild I might even see where all the stuff I removed goes back on my boat. LOL

I went with an 18 SS I/O 120 mercruiser out of Minnesota in excellent condition for $1600.00

Drats !!!! now I have to remember what I took off. LOL no problem I photo shot everything as I removed it, beats a 73 year old memory. Enjoy your new boat.

OH was that your 1600 mile rount trip? I went 400 each way when I bought my 2 starcrafts. Yep that was 1600 for me also. Oh what fools we are. LOL Hell its only Money ED
