225 excel still not running right.

I have rebuilt the carbs, compression is 135 all cyl. I just replaced the reeds, now the engine stumbles and and still wont idle under load. I tested the fuel lines and found the seperator was letting air in. So I got that all fixed up no more bubbles in the fuel line.

here is the newest thing, the number 3 carb spews or spits gas out and pools gas in the throat. Also the engine "sighs" some times and smoke comes up through the carb 3. I am thinking either this reed is bad, or intake gasket. What else would cause this to happen?
