225 yamaha with Microcomputer Ignition

The engine will start an as soon as you let off the key it dies. I replaced the key switch an still have the same issue??

and we still have no clue what model 225 you have.
the 225 has been made in various ign and fuel system configurations since about 1985.
need a model number.
