I installed my new Quicksilver bushing kit. The upper bushing has a seal and is nice and snug. However the lower bushing has several thousandth of an inch slop. Compared to the old bushing there is twice as much slop. It's my understanding that the Upper bushing has a seal to prevent water from coming in.
Question: Does the slop in the lower bushing matter at all?
