24 volt trolling wiring

I bought a used boat with 24 volt 80 lb thrust trolling motor. I have 4 red wires and 4 black wires in the battery compartment No batteries in the compartment bought new but not sure how to hook the wires up?

You're going to have to trace out each wire.
