25:1 fuel in 50:1 motor - Ok or No?

Wanted to try and fire up a motor I picked up. I have a can of 25:1 mixed up. Will I screw anything up running this on a '78 50:1 motor, keeping in mind I just want to run it for about a minute.

It won't hurt a thing. Run it as long as you want to.
