My Son has a 1991 25hp evenrude that we are working on we rebuilt the carburator and cleaned the fuel system. It is running and idles ok. The problem we seem to be having is when it is placed into gear and throttle is
advanced the motor bogs down. You can get it up to higher rpms by pushing the key in and priming the engine. When it is running what we think is wide
open it does not seem to have all the power it should have. My question is is the high speed jet adjustable on that engine or is it preset. We did not take it out when we rebuilt the carb we sprayed it down with carb cleaner and blew it out with compressed air. If it is adjustable how do you adjust it.
