25hp 4 stroke how to clean carb

Does anyone know how to clean the carb on a 25hp 4 stroke motor bc my boat wont idle without the choke open or else it dies right away and when i lower the rpms it shakes like its not getting enough gas and when i rev it high it runs great. Someone told me my carb needs cleaning

I think I read in a post down the way here by HONDON saying the manifolds need to come off to get them off.
If it were mine I would try to drain the carb('s) and squirt carb cleaner or SeaFoam in them and let sit for a few minutes and then drain and repeat then try running. If you run SeaFoam or something similar you will eliminate the problem most of the time. The Honda has real small orifices and clog easily.
I use to take the fuel line off at the fuel pump and fill the line to the card w/carb cleaner to get in from the beginning of the feed system.
