I have a 76 Johnson 25EL76E.
JC4 or J6C plugs set at .030. They foul after 10 minutes or less run time.
No power to engine. Black carbon.
New Spark plug coils.are installed. Engine will idle poorly and and miss.
Carb was cleaned and rebuild kit.
Compression previously checked OK.
At a loss where to look for trouble at this point.

Update
If i run the engine on full choke it will it smooth low and run 1/4 speed
even when fully warmed up. If i go beyond this speed it will bog down.
Ran it for about half hour with full choke on.
Any ideas ???
