my motor run but will not move or go if it does it's very slow it's not giving 25 hp

Or it's running on just one cylinder. Pull the sparkplugs and see how they're burning. If one looks significantly unlike the other, it usually indicates a problem.<br /><br />Could also be a spun prop hub if the motor is fully revving but going no place fast. They (hub) can be replaced, but a new prop isn't much more expensive.<br /><br />Welcome to iboats. :)
