i have a 32' carver w/ twin 350ci crusaders 270hp each, i just noticed recently that my starboard engine will only rev out to 3200 under load, while the port motor will run all way out to 4400. with no load on the motor it'll free rev all the way out though. the plugs are a year old checked them they were clean, cap and rotor replaced last year, new filter and water fuel seperator, carbs rebuilt last year. i've had the boat out 3times this year and both motors seemed fine all the times out but the last one, i've checked the linkages it was fine i even had a friend drive the baot and i disconeted the linkages and opened the carb up and still 3200. any ideas on what could cause the motor not to run all the way out. the only thing i think it could be is fuel pump/carb adjustment/wires/timing
