You will not believe it : i reinstalled the old riser and have no more pressure on the waterhose. I will kick barr marine in the a**. I burned through a circulating hose with being towed in , phoned hslf germany to get parts ,installed and removed several times the riser , used up four sets of riser gaskets and spent several hours on this to find out the brand new riser is trash !!!!!!!!! I have now to sort out if to install or leave the restrictor plate. Not sure on this... i,m angry as hell i tell you...
