Well here is the update. Changed fuel sep.filter, fuel filter right before the carb,wires,cap,rotor and I checked all fuel lines and vents everything seems ok. Took it out today and ran great on high rpm over 3500. 1800 to 3200 it ran like crap again in rough water. I seems like it wants to stall coming of the back side, down side of the wave. I am not familiar with how the floats work in this carb could they not be adjusted right?? Smooth water it is fine. I am thinking that the carb may need a rebuild? Any other ideas??? I also checked the wiring behind the instrument panel all is ok.
