3.0 whats the cylinder # order?

does anyone know if the order for the cylinders is 1234 from front to back, or vise versa? and yhe order for the distributor cap?

on the inline 4`s ,the cylinders are 1,2,3,4, 1 being the front one.The firing order is 1,3,4,2

could be any one of them depending on who/how the dist was installed.
find #1 TDC , see where the rotor is pointing, thats #1 in the cap.
