Hello....Have '87 3.0L inline 4...did an electronic conversion then back to points..boat will turn over/crank fine just no start.have a freshly charged battery..(it ran before any of this was done)..have a good volt meter..need step by step procedure of what to check/meter for a fix..need also a procedure for checking fuel system....Thanks,Pete
