Re: 3.0L Wont start! No fuel to carb
OK let me play back, i THOUGHT it was the fuel pump because when i replaced the fuel filter i didn't tighten it all the way and there was a little leak around the gasket, corrected that and now it pumps fuel. And after i fixed that NOW it sprays gas when i push on the accelorator valve. I can't vouche whether it sprays when i put down the throttle because i'm at the wheel thrying to start it, but i would assume so. I will investigate the spark today. The plugs are brand new but that doesn't mean i didnt ruin them, even tho i only have been trying to start it since i fixed the pump problem for 30-45 seconds until i killed the battery.
I also used engine fogger at the end of last season to put it away for the winter? is there anything special i'm suppose to do that i'm not aware of to get it started this season. I figured changing the plugs was enough.
