Still reading , havnt found all the answers yet...It seems that the 3.7 4cyl has some trouble areas..Still trying to read up on the info to that statement.
Not sure if this is would be a backwards move or not , but I found one of these locally manifold to oil pan ,suposedly runs good...$500.00
At ths point not even sure if it is transplant-able..It is suposedly fresh water cooled.
My 3.0 is in a Glastron bowrider...Be calling local machine shop soon to get en estimate on my 3.0.. havnt torn it down yet, but i suspect pulled in water through the manifold...
Would the 3.7 be a drop in and go thing, or would matching the drives and manifolds be a problem? I am assuming the mounts are already an issue?
Any info is greatly appreciated..Just trying to find out if this 3.7 is an option.
